Project Brief
Architectural BIM service for the Residential building
We have created this CAD-to-BIM model using Revit and AutoCAD software. Our client contacted us for this architectural BIM model using the provided CAD files. He had also provided exterior images for clarity. The client required LOD 350 existing Revit model along with a detailed floor plan for 3D visualization and construction document purposes.
What we did?
This villa project is one of our largest residential projects, with an area of 12000 sq. ft. Our architecture team started this project by creating different spaces as CAD plans. We have provided in-depth detail on every component in this model. We also created a detailed parametric door and window family in the model using references from the provided exterior building images. We have also provided a detailed interior, which includes fixed furniture, cabinets, a kitchen and dining area, and plumbing fixtures. We have also provided detail sheets of floor plans, area plans, sections, and elevations.
